Scope and Contents

This collection is comprised of the architectual plans for the construction of the Forrest Hills-Ricker Hotel by the architectural firms of Willis Irvin in 1926, and the later plans for remodeling the Oliver General Hospital which later occupied the building, in 1950.

Donated to Historic Augusta, Inc. by an anonymous donor when he rescued materials from the building before it was demolished in the 1980s.
