This collection is comprised of the architectual plans for the construction of the Forrest Hills-Ricker Hotel by the architectural firms of Willis Irvin in 1926, and the later plans for remodeling the Oliver General Hospital which later occupied the building, in 1950.

Abstract

This collection contains various blueprints and/or architectural drawings for buildings in Augusta.  Some document landmark buildings and some document housing primarily in the Summerville and West Augusta sections of Augusta GA.

This collection is comprised of the records of King Mill in Augusta, Georgia. The materials include a record book of meeting minutes, as well as photographs of the mill and the John P. King Company baseball team, as well as floor plans of King Mill.

Scope and Contents This collection consists of 1800 19th and 20th century photographs depicting a range of subjects, which include: buildings and scenes of Augusta, Georgia, images of the American Civil War, individuals, and local events.
