Forrest-Hills Ricker Hotel architectual plans
This collection is comprised of the architectual plans for the construction of the Forrest Hills-Ricker Hotel by the architectural firms of Willis Irvin in 1926, and the later plans for remodeling the Oliver General Hospital which later occupied the building, in 1950.

Sunset Homes architectural plans
This collection is comprised of the architectual plans for the Sunset Homes housing project in Augusta, Georgia, later called Cherry Tree Crossing. The collection includes an artist's rendering of the community, blueprints dating to 1939 and 1950, as well as documentation and a report gathered by the Augusta Housing Authority before the housing project was demolished in 2014.
William Robinson School plans
This collection is comprised of two items: a copy of the floorpan for the building,drawn by F.C.W., and another copy of the architectual plans for the building, titled "The Present Summerville School." Both items are done in pencil, on tracing paper. The William Robinson School, originally called the Summerville School, was designed in 1925 by Willis Irvin, and completed in 1927. Today, the school building has been converted into condominiums.
