This collection comprises of material that documents the histories of various civic clubs in the Augusta, Georgia area. Collected by the Augusta Richmond County Historical Society, the collection comprises of recorded histories, photographs, promotional materials, correspondence, and clippings.

This collection is comprised of membership lists and materials related to several general and women's clubs in the Augusta and Richmond County areas, such as the Kiwanis Club, Augusta Exchange Club, League of Women Voters, Junior League, and several Women's hospital trustee boards. Compiled in the early 1970s, the collection primarily contains membership booklets, loose paper rosters, and an issue of the Augusta Chronicle detailing the various women-led clubs in the Augusta area.

The collection comprises of materials related to her academic career, the history of Augusta College/Augusta State University/Augusta University, and the history of the Augusta area. Collection also contains color slides of her research travels in Europe and Asia, and publicity articles/newspaper clippings for Dr. Callahan and Augusta College.
