This collection is comprised of the single volume scrapbook of Charles C. Stulb Jr. (1893-1975). The scrapbook includes newspaper clippings on a variety of topics, including: Irish politics and news, history of Augusta, Ga, military news and history, catholic church services, and announcements related to grauations and weddings of Stulb family members.

Of most interest is a letter on Georgia Department of Education letterhead, written on behalf of Superintendent Duggan regarding the establishment of Georgia Day.
