This collection is comprised of a single box of the minutes of the Acadmeic Policies Committee and the Faculty Policies Committee of the Augusta State University University Council (which pre-dated the current Augusta University Faculty Senate).

This collection is meeting minutes from the President's Cabinet, an advisory body to the University President.  the notes from the President's Cabinet Retreat  August 20, 1996, August 18. 1997 and undted 1998 are also contained here.  Current minutes were retained in the President's office until 2012
