The records of the organization were added to Special Collections by deed of deposit in 2011. A copy of a Corporate Sponsor Recognition Poster is on the Phi Kappa Phi webpage under Activities for Spring 2009. Acc#2011.01

This collection is regularly transferred from the organization to Special Collections. Further accrual transferred in 2017. Appraisal, Destruction and Scheduling Information 5.3: Items to be kept by the treasurer and destroyed in the eighth calendar year following the end of each fiscal year include: Financial reports, except for the report for each fiscal year end, presented to the membership or executive committee, bank statements and checks, invoices, all other records maintained by the treasurer
