These materials were donated by Mr. Joseph M. Lee of Covington Georgia in 2009. Mr. William Fletcher was Mr. Lee’s uncle. Inspired by the Veterans’ History Project, sponsored by the Augusta Richmond County Historical Society, Mr. Lee graciously donated these materials to Reese Library Special Collections. Explanatory text written by Mr. Lee is included in the collection
