Biographical or Historical Information
Joseph Bryan Cumming (1893-1983) was an attorney in Augusta, Georgia. He was born on August 10, 1893, the son of Bryan Cumming (1862-1943) and Mary Gairdner Smith (1866-1954). He married Virginia Neville Burum on November 15, 1922, and the couple had three children: Virginia Cumming, born 1924, Joseph B. Cumming, birn 1926, and Nancy B. Cumming, born 1931. Cumming died on April 11, 1983 in Augusta, GA.
