Miscellaneous Augusta ephemera
Scope and Contents
This collection is comprised of a single folder of miscellaneous ephemera related to the Augusta area. Included in the collection are 19th century postcards of the Augusta Arsenal and downtown Augusta, a single sheet of music for "O Jesus who art ever near," a 19th century of W.H.T. Walker, 21st century photographs of the Augusta area, including the Partridge Hotel, as well as several reproductions of portraits of members of the Adams/McWhorter family.

Arrangement
The collection is primarily arranged into two series: Photographs (Series I) and General Ephemera (Series II). Wheras Series I contains compiled photographs on different subjects, places, and locations in the Augusta area, Series II contains materials related to events, culture, and correspondence. All materials are arranged alphabetically at the folder level.
Method of Acquisition
This material was found in Reese Library's Special Collections and Institutional Archives in August of 2017, but not accessioned as an artificial collection until December of 2018, when no other provenance information could be found.
