W. Milton Folds was the Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Industry and Trade under Governor George Busbee, beginning in 1977. Folds was also a member for the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce's "committee of 100" during the 1960s, which helped to foster economic growth in the city.
