A Fragment of a Grant Deed for John Kilgore for 87 acres, Circa 1780
Item — Box: 2
Identifier: Item un#3
Scope and Contents
This is just the upper left corner of a large document. The dating is based upon the use of long s's in several of the words which went out of vogue in the early 1800s, and the scrap of the name of the governor which implies John Houston is the governor. He was governor of Georgia in 1778-1779 and 1784-1785
