STATE OF GEORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY.} WHEREAS, the Tan[sic] Collector of said County, on hte 20th day of December 1910, issued a tax fi fa against Clark, Dickey et al, for $8.96, besides costs; and, Whereas on the 6th day of April 1911, the Sheriff of said County, for value received, transferred said fi fa to John W. Dickey. NOW, in consideration of One Dollar, the receipt of which is acknowledged, I, John W. Dickey, do hereby release to Maurice Walton, from the lien of said tax fi fa, all that tract of land in the 119th District , G. M. of said County, containing one hundred and twenty-four (124) acres, more or less, and delineated on plat made by D. V. Reaves, County, Surveyor, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Superior Court of said County in Book 6 C's folio 375, to which plat reference is made for a more particular description of said tract of land.
