Text: State of Georgia, Richmond County.} whereas on September 1, 1896, the Sheriff of Richmond County, sold certain real estate hereinafter named to satisfy certain tax fi. fas against Emeline W. Sibley; And Whereas, Eliza J. G. Sibley, was the purchaser at said tax sale; And Whereas, C.H. Sibley was the administrator of the estate of said Eliza J.G. Sibley, and at said administrator's sale, the property hereinafter described was purchased by W.C. Sibley; And Whereas, W.C. Sibley, has sold and conveyed said property to Clarence E. Clark. Now, Therefore, we Charles H. Sibley, Caroline C. Large (formerly Sibley), W. C. Sibley ad Armory Sibley, the only heirs at-law of Emeline W. Sibley, being her children and all her children, all residents of the County and State aforesaid, for and in consideration of the sum of one ($1.00) dollar to them in hand well and truly paid by Clarence E. Clark, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do ratify and confirm the aforesaid deed, and any and all irregularities therein if any, and we do hereby give, grant, convey, and forever quit-claim unto the said Clarence E. Clark, his heirs and assigns the aforesaid property to wit: All that lot of land in the County and State aforesaid in the 119th District G.M. containing 122 acres more or less, known as part of "the Eliza J.G. Sibley tract", Bounded, Northeast by lands of the estate of Walker; East by land of W.H. Rennison; Southwest by land now or formerly of Gibbs and Reighner, and West by lands now or formerly of Clarence E. Clark. The said land herewith quit-claimed being further described as a portion of the tract of 202 acres conveyed to said Eliza J. C. Sibley, by the Sheriff of Richmond COunty, by deed recorded in the Clerk's office, Superior Court, of said County, Book 5 G's page 511 to 516. Together with all and singular, the rights, members, appurtenances unto the said lot belonging or appertaining.
