Date is from the initial filing date in the Clerk's office, normally the date of the document would be in the first stanza or in the signature stanza. It was not in the first stanza, so it must be on the missing page. Text: State of Georgia, Richmond County.} Know All Men By These Presents: That the Union Savings Bank, a baking corporation of said County and State, for and in consideration of three Hundred seventy two ($372.00) to it in hand well and truly paid by Clarence B. Clark of same Count and Stae, at and before the sealing and delivery of these present, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby give, grant, beargain, convey and forever quit-claim unto Clarence B. Clark his heirs and assigns: All that tract of land in the COunty and State aforesaid in the 119th District containing 124 acres, beginning at a corner on lands of A.S. Campbell and Clarence B. Clark, running S 19 3/4, W2250, thence N85, E 400; thence S76E200; thence along the line of Carr S 55, W 1200; thence along the line of Chavous S 16, E 300; thence along the line of Rennison, N80, E2366; thence S 51 1/2, E 620; thence along the line of Walker, N5 1/2, E 1507; thence along the line of Campbell, N 553, W2613, as shown on a plan hereto annexed and made a part thereof, made by D.V. Reeves, County Surveyor, July 1903. Said tract of land being bounded: North by lands now or formerly of A.S. Campbell; East by lands formerly of Walker, now Ann R. Campbell; South by lands of W.H. Rennison; West by lands of Clarence R. Clark, Eva Carr and Mike Chavous. Together with all and singular, the rights members, hereditaments and appurtenances unto the said tract of land, being, belonging or in anywise incident or appertaining. To Have and To Hold the aforesaid lot of land unto the said Clarence B. Clark, his heirs and assigns in fee-simple forever. The said Bank in no wise intending to warrant this title to said land.
