STATE 0F GFORGIA, RICHMOND COUNTY} THIS INDENTURE, made this the seventeenth day of July A.D. ninteen hundred three, between Charles H. Sibley, as administrator of the estate of Eliza J.G. Sibley, late of said County and State, deceased, as party of the first part, and William C. Sibley, of same County and State, as party of the second part; Witnesseth, That Whereas, the Court of Ordinary of Richmond County, did, at its regular June Term, 1903, pass an order authorizing said administrator to sell certain real estate of said Eliza J. G. Sibley, deceased; and Whereas, said administrator did advertise said sale once a week for four weeks after the passage of said order and before the date of said sale, in a public gazette of said County of Richmond, having a general circulation in said County, and being the newpaper in which the Sheriff's sales are advertised; And Whereas, said administrator did expose the realty hereinafter described at public out-cry before the Courthouse door in said County of Richmond, on the First Tuesday in June A.D., 1903, between the legal hours of sale, and the same was then and thre knocked off to William C. Sibley, as the highest bidder at and for the sum of two hundred and five dollars; Now thereofre, the said administrator for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred and Five ($205.00) Dollars to him in hand well and truly paid by said William C. Sibley, at and begore the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged does hereby grant, bargain, convey and confirm unto the said William C. Sibley, his heirs and assigns: All that tract or parcel of land in the State and County aforesaid, in the 119th District Georgia Militia, containing one hundred twenty two (122) acres, more or less, known as a part of the Eliza J.G. Sibley tract" and bounded as follow; Northeast by lands of the estate of Walker; East by lands now or formerly of Ward; Southwest by lands now or formerly of Gibbs and Reighner; and on the West by lands now or formerly of Clarence B. Clark, and being further described as a portion of the tract of two hundred and two actes conveyed to said Eliza J. G. Sibley by the Sheriff of Richmond County, having been sold for taxes as the property of Emeline W. Sibley, as will appear by deed of conveyance date September first 1896, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of said County in Book 5G's pages 511 to 516 -- the other portion of said tract having been sold to Mrs Eva W. Carr, and W.H. Rennison. To Have and To Hold, said property as fully and as completely as the same was held by said Eliza J. G. Sibley. And the said administrator does hereby warrant the title to said land to said William C. Sibley his heirs and assigns as fully and as completely as administrators are authorized by law to warant.
