Text: Georgia Know all men by these presents that I William Bradley of the County of Wilkes in said state am hereto firmly bound unto Reubin Coleman of the Town of Augusta said state his heirs executors administrator or assigns in the penal sum of three hundred pounds lawful money of the said state for the true payment of which I bind myself, my heirs, Executors, administrators + assigns jointly severably and firmly by these presents sealed with my seal + dated this sixth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Eighty Seven. The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bounden William Bradley do well + truely make or cause to be made a godd Lawful Title to a certain tract of land granted in the name of Thamas Shaw, Junior on the fourth day of January one thousand seven hundred eighty five within the span of six months form the date hereof( that siad tract of land containing two hundred eighty seven and on half acres in Washington Now Greene County) then the above obligation to be void + of no effect, otherwise to remain in full force + virtue.
