Text: Georgia Pursuant to a warrant from under the hand of the honorable Charles Crawford, Esquire, senior Justice presiding at a Land Court held in Richmond County, dated the sixth day of October one thousand seven hundred and eighty three was surveyed for Abigal Wells, who actually resides in the State aforesaid, one hundred and fifty acres of land in the said county, it being in lieu of an old warrant, including the Quaker Springs Bounded on all sides by vacant land having such form and marks natural and artificial as are expressed and delineated in the above plat. Surveyed and certified for the 3rd day of January 1784 Signed Rich'd Call Surv. Gen.
