This is a letter from Thomas Traylor to unknown, or may be two letters intermingled as there are two distinct hands writing. The land in question is the land referred to in Item 2834, which Thomas Traylor was purchasing from Dionysius Oliver. Apparently there is some dispute about the receipt issued and there is no witness so thought is Mr. Oliver could consider it a forgery.
